it. Just put on a good show. That’s all. We get it. CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND: Like in E.T.,the whole concept of what is alien or foreign to us is seen as friendly, not something to be feared or annihilated, but embraced. SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE: Where is the next Gilda Radner, Eddie Murphy, Mike Myers, or Tina Fey?. We just have to find them and let them infuse this show with a new kind of inventiveness.
