Success stats from Season 1 (2013) of DJ Grandpa’s Crib:

in 2013 we promoted over 350 kickstarter projects and 85 per cent were funded. The industry standard for crowdfunding is a 40% success rate.

We raised over 1 million dollars in 2013 for those 350 project creators on kickstarter. We only do crowdfunding and now we are open to all crowdfunding platforms.

We reach roughly 10,000 people an episode and all they care about is crowdfunding. So my show is the place where you should be if you are serious about crowdfunding your project.

The highest amount I have raised for a project in one day is $190,000.

A short resume for Dj Grandpa:

I have been in radio since age 13. I am 47 now. I have worked for National Public Radio in Washington, DC for nearly 15 years and now I work for the Washington Post for nearly the past 5 years. It is kind of like my day job. Producing podcasts for Slate.com and their subsidiaries.

I produce for a lot of people and non profits in the Washington, DC area and my website houses all of this entertainment. We have nearly 70 episodes of Dj Grandpa's Crib for you to enjoy and hear how the show works. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
